What do pretty girls eat? II

I feel that far too often women feel anxious by the way they eat or how they should eat just because they are women. For example I often come a cross to people who wonder how I can eat so much, get comments on my relatively skinny body or just assuming I'm vegetarian etc. just based on my appearance. I have hard time understanding why one couldn't eat stake, whole pizza at the time or just be that size they happen to be without anyone questioning it.
